Joyce A. Hospodar, MBA, MPA, is the Senior Advisor, Rural Programs, at the Arizona Center for Rural Health, The University of Arizona, Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health, where her efforts focus on providing technical assistance to the state’s small rural hospitals, rural health clinics, and EMS systems supporting and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Lourdes Paez is the Health Center Enrollment & Workforce Coordinator for the Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers. She is also an Ambassador for the National Health Service Corps and Facilitator for the Arizona Student and Residents Experiences in Community Health (SEARCH) Network. Lourdes has been working with Rural and Underserved Communities for over 20 years and has worked with many recruitment & retention programs in Arizona.
