Lynn Barr has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Caravan Health since founding the company in April of 2013 as the National Rural ACO. Under Ms. Barr's leadership and vision, Caravan Health has grown to become the nation's largest Practice Transformation Network (PTN) and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) services provider, dedicated to improving patient care and reducing per capita costs through effective and affordable population health programs for Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), hospital clinics, and independent practices.
Tracey Schroeder, current Chief Marketing Officer at CPSI, has been actively participating in transforming community healthcare since joining Healthland in 2007. She spent several years in marketing management for an independent healthcare system in Minneapolis and continued to deliver extraordinary results in revenue and client growth for several large, global firms. In 2002, Tracey returned to the healthcare arena as marketing communications manager for Lawson's Healthcare. Since the acquisition in 2015, Tracey has led CPSI and the family of companies with their marketing strategy and is very committed to the health and vitality of community healthcare.
