16th Annual Western Region Flex Conference
Who Should Attend
The 2018 Western Region Flex Conference will provide opportunities for CAH administrators and staff, state Flex program staff, and rural health care leaders to share information and best practices with their peers in the western region of the United States. The conference will also provide an opportunity for participants to learn about the latest state and national health policy developments and their impact on CAHs and other rural health care providers.
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss public policy issues affecting CAHs and other rural health care providers, both nationally and in the western region of the United States
- Identify how the delivery of inpatient and outpatient services provided by Critical Access Hospitals is changing and how CAHs can position themselves in this challenging environment
- Identify ways in which MBQIP data is being utilized to improve health care and patient safety for rural populations
The registration fee includes two breakfasts, one lunch, and social reception.
