Tom Betlach, Director of the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, Arizona’s Medicaid program, gave an in depth AHCCCS update.  Through July, the state had restored AHCCCS coverage to 250,000 uninsured Arizonans, and expanded coverage to another 50,000 through ACA provisions.
