Arizona Native American & Rural EMS Conference (Postponed)
The vision of this conference comes from the late Kelleigh Lyons who was a dedicated Paramedic at the Hopi and White Mountain Apache Tribe EMS agencies who's passion for helping others was felt across the agencies and communities in which he worked. It was Kelleigh's desire to bring together EMS providers from communities that are facing similar challenges when providing emergency medical services. His commitment to education, networking and collaboration has fueled our mission to promote, educate, and find support through engaging hands-on sessions, inspirational presentations and a unique opportunity to record the tribal experience in the National EMS Museum archives.
Thank you Paramedic Kelleigh Lyons for your vision and leadership in the early development of this unique EMS Conference.
Mission statement: The Inaugural Arizona Native American and Rural EMS Conference provides a unique opportunity to bring together the expertise of EMS providers across the tribal and rural networks to engage in a positive learning experience that promotes teamwork and support through engaging and thoughtful sessions.
