CSPMP, Statutes, EPCS, and Resources for You

Learning objectives:

  1. What the PMP is, how to properly use it, and how to improve its use.
  2. What the new EPCS statutes and rules are.
  3. Introduce additional resources to combat the Opioid Epidemic.

Lynn Curtis is a marketing specialist for the Prescription Monitoring Program at the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy.  His principal responsibility is education and outreach with the medical and public safety communities. He focuses his training around the ever-evolving laws enacted to combat the Opioid Epidemic, including PMP use, prescribing limits, EPCS, etc. Before joining the PMP team, Lynn spent 25 years at a major insurance company working as a trainer and media producer.  Outside of work, Lynn enjoys being with his family while enjoying every season in the outdoors.  As to his work, the opportunity to use his expertise and talents to make an impact on public safety is very rewarding.
