Hospital Profile:
Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center, located in Globe, Arizona, has been serving the community for nearly 100 years. Over 20 different types of physicians serve the community ranging from family practice to cardiology to geriatric medicine. In addition, the hospital employs two hospitalists who oversee the care of those patients in the 25 bed inpatient facility. A major renovation/expansion of the hospital occurred in 2009 and the growth of the hospital continues as it is one of the major core strategies delegated by the hospital Board.  Outreach of services to the surrounding communities is very important to the hospital which is why there are now 5 regional clinics – a surgical services clinic, a specialty clinic and 3 Rural Health Clinics located in Kearny, Superior, and Pleasant Valley.
