Margie Arnett

Director, Center for Interprofessional Transformative Healthcare

Margie Arnett is the Director of the University of Arizona Center for Transformative Interprofessional Healthcare (CTIPH). She coordinates large interprofessional events at University of Arizona Health Sciences such as: Patient Safety, Pandemic Flu, Disabilities, Team Behaviors and the CLARION competition. Margie graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Master of Science in Kinesiology, and from Whittier College with a Bachelor of Art in English. She was a principal investigator of eight projects including the Pipeline, Profession & Practice grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. She has received a number of awards for her volunteer work, including Citizen of Achievement from the League of Women’s Voters, and Woman of Distinction from the CA State Senate & Assembly.
