AgriStress Helpline - Arizona Agricultural Community Crisis Intercept

The AgriStress Helpline delivers a high-acuity, state-wide virtual telehealth continuum of 24/7/365 confidential psychiatric triage, specialized agricultural crisis counseling, and rural safety-net routing across all fifteen Arizona counties. Administered by the AgriSafe Network in partnership with the UA Cooperative Extension and the Arizona Department of Agriculture. This clinical telehealth model pairs its 24/7 call and text interface with specialists credentialed in occupational agricultural stressors, real-time de-escalation, translation capabilities in 160 languages, and an automated 24-hour clinical follow-up loop linking callers to local primary care health homes.
