Arizona Youth Partnership - Mohave County Network

Arizona Youth Partnership (AZYP) delivers a comprehensive, non-clinical continuum of adolescent substance use prevention, youth homelessness mitigation, and community-wide risk reduction education across Mohave County. Primary localized facilities include:

  • Kingman Regional Office & Youth Hub - E Andy Devine Ave: serves as the central administrative clinic housing evidence-based drug and reproductive health education, the MSTEPP substance use community coalition, and a low-barrier distribution point for completely free nasal Naloxone rescue kits
  • Harbor House Safe Shelter - Kingman: provides a dedicated, structured emergency shelter infrastructure for unhoused and runaway adolescent boys aged 12 to 17
  • Providence Place Safe Shelter - Kingman: delivers a mirroring non-congregate residential shelter program designed exclusively to stabilize unhoused adolescent girls and connect families to long-term welfare case navigation.
