- Phoenix - Cactus Road Clinic: provides same-day outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), psychiatric consulting, and individual addiction counseling
- Phoenix - 7th Avenue Clinic: offers daily methadone and suboxone dosing tracks, pregnancy and women's health specialties, and low-barrier naloxone kit distribution
- Tempe - S Rural Road Clinic: supplies localized outpatient MAT pathways, dual-diagnosis group psychotherapy, and peer-led transitional care management tracking.
