The Arizona Advisory Council on Indian Health Care presents the annual CHR Summit focusing on the Community Health Representatives (CHR) workforce. The summit allows CHR programs to gather, network, learn, and deepen partnerships.
This CHR Annual Summit will:
❖ Provide skills and training to help support CHRs to expand professionalism and resiliency
❖ Recognize and celebrate positive impacts CHRs make in American Indian Communities
❖ Expand knowledge and connect valuable information and resources regarding CHR Policy Development, Integration, and Sustainability
