The Graham County Substance Abuse Coalition is a non-profit community health network delivering evidence-based prevention, harm reduction, and re-entry programming. Operating out of the Sunrise Re-Entry and Prevention Center, the organization provides youth substance use education, public drug disposal drives, anonymous law enforcement tip routing, free public Naloxone kit distributions, and administrative case management to help justice-involved individuals secure identification and housing.
