Operating as a unified Funding Code 3 (Both) mutual-aid gateway, the service is staffed entirely by Certified Peer Support Specialists with lived mental health or substance recovery experience. This low-barrier model pairs confidential active listening with coping skills coaching, continuous wellness tracking, and direct case matching to local outpatient clinical health homes.
