The I-HELP Southwest Valley (Interfaith Homeless Emergency Lodging Program) initiative, managed by Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest (LSS-SW), delivers a structured mobile night shelter, nutritional support, and crisis stabilization network functioning under the Recovery Support pillar of the care continuum.
