Maricopa SHIFT (Safe, Healthy Infants and Families Thrive)

Maricopa SHIFT (Safe, Healthy Infants, and Families Thrive) is a collaborative public health care coordination network operated by Maricopa County to support families affected by substance use disorders. The programmatic infrastructure unifies prenatal care, WIC, child welfare, home visiting networks, and medical clinics to deliver integrated case management, connecting pregnant individuals and parents to outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) care, parent education, and child development resources.
