The Mental Health Guild Peer Support Groups, sponsored by Mental Health America of Arizona (MHA-AZ), deliver free, non-professional peer support systems for adults navigating mental health disorders and recovery across Maricopa County. The community-based network provides free, volunteer-facilitated weekly in-person and virtual video meetings designed to offer mutual acceptance, coping strategies, self-discovery, and intensive navigation support to connect individuals to professional behavioral health systems.
