Native American Connections (NAC) delivers an integrated continuum of state-licensed outpatient behavioral healthcare, residential rehab programs, and supportive housing assets across Maricopa County. Primary localized facilities include: 

  • Outpatient Treatment Center & Walk-In Intake Hub - E Virginia Ave: provides immediate walk-in assessments, integrated health screenings, individual psychotherapy, an 8-week intensive outpatient program, and open AA recovery meetings
  • NAC Residential Treatment Campuses: deliver gender-specific and family-centered residential stabilization for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders 
  • Traditional Healing Center: interweaves evidence-based clinical practices with indigenous traditional ceremonies to heal the mind, body, and spirit
  • Recovery Housing & Permanent Supportive Housing Networks - Phoenix: operates over 1,000 units of income-based affordable housing, dedicated transitional recovery residences, and emergency youth shelter beds to foster long-term community lifestyle stabilization.
