Navajo Nation DBMHS - Kayenta Outpatient Center 

The Navajo Division of Behavioral and Mental Health Services (DBMHS) – Kayenta Outpatient Center delivers an integrated continuum of outpatient substance use care, mental health therapy, and culturally grounded crisis services to support northern Navajo County. The state-licensed tribal facility unifies evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy with a dedicated Crisis Response Team for immediate field stabilization. This low-barrier community model features intensive outpatient substance treatment programming (IOP), psychiatric care coordination, traditional-based therapies led by indigenous practitioners, and direct navigation pipelines to the network's regional Sober Living Centers and tribal health networks.
