Callers provide their exact physical location, and a trained operator with lived experience stays on the line with them. If the individual stops responding for more than 30 seconds, the operator immediately dispatches local EMS to that address for an unresponsive person. No judgment, lecturing, or requirement for abstinence is enforced.
