Updated 2024-2025 Flu Vaccine Recommendation

CDC recommends everyone 6 months of age and older, with rare exceptions, receive an updated 2024-2025 flu vaccine to reduce the risk of influenza and its potentially serious complications this fall and winter.

Participants in the 50th Annual Arizona Rural Health Conference organized by the Arizona Center for Rural Health (AzCRH) celebrated all they have accomplished in recent decades to improve health care and services for rural citizens, and also collaborated strategically to bring better health services to all communities in Arizona.

HRSA Deputy Administrator Jordan Grossman highlighted these strategic investments today in Flagstaff, AZ, during the third state convening of HRSA’s Enhancing Maternal Health Initiative.

Each year, the AzAHEC Program and Regional Centers partner with the nine Rural Health Professions Programs based in Arizona’s three public universities – UArizona, Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University – as well as professional organizations and communities to provide a variety of training and educational events.
