2022 Community Star Nominations Now Open
The Community Star program honors those making a difference in rural through collaboration, education, innovation, and communication.
We are searching for inspiring Community Stars in New Mexico! Can you help us identify individuals, consortiums, or organizations making a positive health impact in their rural communities and nominate them to be featured in the 2022 Community Stars book? This annual publication will be released on National Rural Health Day – November 17, 2022 – and honors rural health stars from all 50 states! Click here to learn more and nominate.
