Welcoming enrolled Pascua Yaqui members, immediate family, and all federally recognized Native American tribal members, the state-licensed facility unifies evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and outpatient psychiatric care with specialized Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). This low-barrier health home model pairs intensive outpatient programming (IOP) and structured relapse prevention coaching with certified peer support, 24/7 crisis intervention lines, and traditional-based therapies led by indigenous medicine practitioners to ensure long-term community lifestyle stabilization.
