Joyce A. Hospodar, MBA, MPA, has worked over the past thirty years in healthcare working for hospital systems in Utah, Kentucky, and Arizona in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, and operations of community-based programs. Currently, Ms. Hospodar is the Manager, Health Systems Development, at the Arizona Center for Rural Health, The University of Arizona, Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health, where her efforts focus on providing technical assistance to the state’s small rural hospitals, rural health clinics, and EMS systems supporting and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
