 Project PPEP - Pima County Integrated Network

Portable Practical Educational Preparation, Inc. (Project PPEP) delivers a comprehensive, integrated continuum of outpatient behavioral healthcare, adult vocational training, and rural material safety nets across Pima County. Operating as a high-volume 501(c)(3) community development engine, the system manages multiple physical locations: 

  • PPEP Integrated Care Hub - Tucson: provides state-licensed adult outpatient substance use counseling, professional mental health therapies, and low-barrier psychiatric care coordination
  • PPEP Prevention Department: hosts community-based youth substance mitigation coalitions and diabetes education
  • Adult & Farmworker Job Training Center - E 46th St: handles vocational rehabilitation and career self-sufficiency coaching
  • Arivaca Community Garden - S Wedgeford Rd: supplies a low-barrier nutritional safety net pairing a volunteer canning cooperative with fresh produce exchange programs to eliminate extreme geographic survival barriers and ensure long-term lifestyle stabilization.
