The Recovery Empowerment Network (REN) Central Phoenix Hub delivers a comprehensive continuum of peer-led behavioral healthcare and non-clinical wellness support across metropolitan Maricopa County. Staffed entirely by individuals with lived recovery experience, the premier RCO campus hosts the HERO Discovery Center learning lab, Peer Employment Services, structured mental health de-escalation tracks, the Hope's Door crisis diversion program, and Mind Masters cognitive strategy groups to foster self-sufficiency.
