TLC Recovery (TLCR) – Yuma Living Center delivers a comprehensive, non-clinical continuum of peer-led behavioral healthcare, structured sober living housing, and walk-in recovery navigation. Operating 7 days a week with a low-barrier walk-in policy requiring no prior appointments, the center features immediate crisis de-escalation and direct-access navigation to housing, jobs, and social safety nets. This supportive model utilizes federal Substance Abuse Block Grant (SABG) funding to pair intensive peer mentoring and life-skills development with dedicated transitional housing, justice-system re-entry tracking, and the Turtle Bay Cafe vocational skill-building program .
