Operating a distributed field schedule targeting Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs), the system coordinates recurring clinical intercept rotations through localized deployment zones including South Tucson, Flowing Wells, Valencia West, Marana, Arivaca, and Drexel Heights. This low-barrier community model provides free point-of-care screenings for blood pressure, blood glucose, and hemoglobin A1c, pairing its medical evaluations with bilingual preventive health campaigns, nutritional education, and direct referral routing to partner health networks like El Rio and Marana Health Centers to ensure long-term lifestyle stabilization.
