Yuma County Public Health Services District - Integrated Border Network

Yuma County Public Health Services District delivers a high-volume, structurally integrated continuum of clinical public health medicine, binational disease monitoring, and agricultural worker wellness networks. Operating as a vital regional safety net along the international border corridor, the district coordinates resource tracking across three physical locations:

  • Yuma Main Campus - 2200 W 28th St, Yuma: houses central administration, vital records registries, clinical tracking, and environmental health
  • San Luis Border Outpost - 1942 E Juan Sanchez Blvd, San Luis: provides dual-language clinical access for agricultural migrant teams
  • Somerton Station - 348 W Main St, Somerton: handles regional WIC nutritional benefit tracking

The network pairs its bilingual clinical services with free public naloxone kit distribution pipelines, metabolic screening diagnostics, specialized health literacy outreach, and sliding fee scale frameworks.
