Dig deep into the connections between Food, Equity, and Family Health

In this course we:

Consider complex issues related to the health and wellbeing of families and children in our local and regional communities.

Engage and work with individuals and readings related to the intersection of health, food systems, neighborhood empowerment & climate change.

Integrate fundamentals of food security and labor dynamics with social determinants of health.

Develop skills to build effective community partnerships capable of achieving social change.

Reflect on our roles as public health professionals.
