The AHEAD project took a unique approach to showcase the key milestones, impact, and sustainability efforts of its directly funded and completed projects. Concise project posters were developed by the evaluation team to highlight critical quantitative and qualitative data derived from 11 quarterly reports and insights gathered from previous All-Partner meeting breakout discussions.
The posters visually explore various project achievements and detail the journey, offering a clear snapshot of its progression from inception to completion. The key milestones provide a measurable understanding of the project’s scope and reach, such as the number of participants, services delivered, and partnerships formed. Complementing this, the discussion-based information offers deeper insights into the project’s impact on the communities served, revealing stories of personal experiences, changes in health outcomes, and community engagement.
This compilation of project posters serves as a valuable resource for those interested in learning about the diverse projects supported by AHEAD and the real-world impact they have had. This innovative approach to sharing project milestones and impact not only informs partners and community members but also inspires future sustainability efforts by illustrating successful strategies and outcomes.
