Welcome to the Arizona Hospital Select Report

This project is led by the Arizona Center for Rural Health. This report highlights selected indicators from Arizona hospitals over time. This project is supported with funding from the Arizona Area Health Education Center.  We want to thank the Arizona Area Health Education Center for their continued support.

About the Hospital Indicators Data

The data on hospital indicators is from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Uniform Accounting Report (UAR). The indicators included in the report focus on hospital type, location, utilization, staffing, and beds. We have compiled this data so that users can select hospitals by county and type to see trends over time. For some data, individual hospitals can be selected to identify trends over time. The data only includes hospitals that submit a UAR to ADHS. Therefore, not all hospitals in Arizona are represented (e.g., federal and some tribal facilities are not included). There are some data gaps which are noted in the Information Icon when appropriate.
