La Paz Regional Hospital, located in Parker, Arizona, has been serving La Paz County for over forty years and is the Western Gateway to Arizona, California and Nevada. This 25 bed hospital provides a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services, including acute care; outpatient surgery;
The cath lab operates five days a week. 
La Paz Regional participates in the Mayo Clinic TeleStroke and TeleNeurology programs, offering routine and emergency access to top Mayo Clinic neurologists via telecommunications telemedicine.
Urgent care services open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday  
The Physical Therapy/Rehab center offers rehabilitation services, including cardiac rehab.
Outpatient antibiotic therapy is offered routinely at the hospital.
Surgery is open 24 hours a day, every day.
Tri Valley Medical Center in Salome now offers internal medicine and cardiology services.
